Its officially official. One half of the engaged country duo Dan + Shay’s day has come and gone and Dan Smyers is a married man. He and his fiance Abby had quite the unique day too… Taste of Country reports the two had 3 of their dogs in their bridal party! Their dogs Chief, Joy, and Ghost made the perfect edition to their already perfect day. The adorable pups were -of course – dressed in tuxedos and a dress for the wedding ceremony. The ceremony and reception all took place in the city where they live and fell in love, Nashville.

The two got engaged only 6 months ago in November of 2016 during a trip to Hawaii after dating for more than three years.  Since Dan + Shay’s tour schedule has been pretty crazy and has taken them all over the world, Abby was the front runner when it came to wedding decisions. She shared some of the couple’s plans with People prior to the wedding, saying, “We were going to try and keep it super small, but we have so many people that we love and care about and we both have decent-sized families. The numbers add up really quickly, but it’ll be great.” Also, both  the bride and groom are vegetarians in addition to their shared love of animals, and Smyers told People their wedding would be “very representative of both of us.” He stated, “We’re both vegetarians so there’s going to be a lot of vegetarian and vegan food options, and our dogs are going

Now this just leaves the other half of Dan + Shay… Shay Mooney to tie the knot. Him and his fiance (who got engaged last August) just welcomed in a baby boy, Asher Mooney to the mix a few weeks ago and Shay says “We’re thinking fall for a wedding, but we’re still getting our plans together,” Mooney told PEOPLE in March. “I’m letting Hannah take care of most of that. We’re getting the details taken care of, but our main focus is Asher right now.”
