Being the wife of a super successful artist has its perks, but it also has to be difficult. Lots of events, lots of appearances, lots of time. Abby Smyers, the wife of Dan Smyers who is one half of Dan + Shay, takes the job of being an artists wife to a whole new level. She pulled off a super elaborate romantic surprise for her husband to celebrate his song “Tequila” being number one… she took to Instagram to share with her friends and fans:

And If you follow the guys on social media, you may have seen that quite a few Tequila brands have sent them bottles of tequila as a gift for their new song. THE BACKSTREET BOYS are starting their own restaurant. They just filed for a trademark for the name “Backstreet Barbecue”. Nick Carter tweeted, quote, “When you have two boys from Kentucky and three from Florida, I promise you that it’s gonna be finger licking good.” They’re also looking to start their own tequila brand. Nick says they’re trying to find a partner in Mexico.
Don’t laugh . . . there’s money in it. George Clooney and Cindy Crawford’s husband started their Casamigos tequila in 2013 . . . and sold it off last year for $1 BILLION.

Dan + Shay aren’t just known for their talent with music but just look at the music video they released for their newest single “Tequila”… These guys have been putting out some intense and detailed music videos that are more of a movie than a music video! Remember when they released the music video for “How Not To”…
It through everyone for a loop because you did’t expect it to be about an alcoholic and the struggle that alcoholics go through every day. This video is very similar in the surprise aspect of it.
